From my own personal experience I think that finding "That Inner Peace and Contentment" that can carry us through the hardest of times and inspire us,  is one of the most important things we can do in Life. 

Once we are at peace within our selves,   then there is next to nothing that the outside world can do to take away our inner peace and happiness.
